Best Micro Brewery in STL
I like Schlafly and Ofallon. I'm not in town any more so I'm not familiar with all of them.

Mine used to be Mattingly, but they have now closed. I would give it to Square One in Lafayette Square.

Schlafly get my vote. I've been hooked on the Pale Ale and Raspberry Hef for a while. I need to find clones for them so I can brew my own.

Schlafly cranks out quality beer after quality beer. Square One has some tasty brews too with good quality food. O'fallon 5 Day IPA is a choice brew.

Can't beat the Pale Ale for a great anytime beer. Also love the beerfests that Schlafly holds!

You really can't beat Schlafly's, especially dinner at the Bottleworks.

I have to go with Schlafly. Hop Harvest is my favorite beer on the planet, and they get extra points because the food at the Tap Room is so good! Highlands in Kirkwood also has good beer.
