It's a bit of a drive from Syracuse but Marcy Beverage Dock is where I go. They have a very large selection of craft beers.

I know it sounds crazy, but the Citgo in Parish (yes, Parish) has an great selection of craft and micro brews.

In Sackets Harbor there's a small brewery/ resterant. They make War of 1812 beer. Its really good and you can buy it at Wegmans.
