There are many places to hunt hogs, but I believe the Lake Okeechobee area has some of the best opportunities. When you hunt on private land there's no restrictions and you can hunt year round. This site has more info:

If I had my choice, I'd go where the hunting pressure is lighter, even if it meant getting a guide. I really don't like high pressure areas.
