I'm holding out for a 3D vaccuform device. Pour in Styrofoam cups and old plastic bags and out comes a 3D rendering of whatever you inputted.

Those have been around several years now, and the prices are coming down. Jay Leno has one to fabricate replacement car parts. This is from 2009:

Saw it on TV but it wasn't Leno's car parts they were using it for. If I recall it was wing surfaces they were testing.
