Clarksville, TN Blackhorse Restaurant/Ft. Campbell, KY

In Clarksville, TN, just up form the river on 2nd Ave. is the best little known secret in the area. The Blackhorse Tavern. It brews its own beer, multiple varieties from pale ales, dark stouts, to the best Black and Tan around.. get it with the Vanilla ale.. Their Pizza is the best,,get any one or make your own combo, get extra garlic butter on the crust,, They make it fresh multiple times daily. Don't forget the Beer Cheese and chips.. I recommend going early around 4:30 cause after 5:30 plan on waiting up to an hour or so for a table. It is always crowded.. or go for lunch, and walk around down by the river or tour the old post office/museum and walk around downtown checking out all the old shops. dont mistake one of the lawyer's offices for a shop.. cause there are a lot of em. If you really have a lot of time to spare,, get tickets and catch a showing of whatever play is going on at the Theatre just up the street from Blackhorse.. its a great evening out..

Defiantly the best place to go out and eat if you're in the mood for pizza, I hate Old Chicago's crust. Nice relaxing dim environment too.
