Geocaching in State Parks?

Has anyone seen if the State parks are going to do Geocaching this year? We're new to Texas, and found it disappointing the last time they did the geocache was in 2010, and didn't see anything planned for 2011.

There are some caches out in the San Angelo SP. I think the only restriction for hunting them is during hunting season. Placing them must be cleared with the park managers. I don't know of any events that are held out here that focus on caching.
