Ken, what you have right there is a true "cement pond!" When are they doing the plaster, or is it going to be a Pebble Tech finish? Looking good so far!

Took the pup down the the San Marcos river after work yesterday and had a pretty good swim. Water felt great!

Believe it or not, the 'concrete' around your pool is actually a 'special blend' of the Colonels herbs and spices to help always keep it cooler to the touch than regular concrete. I had a buddy of mine who used to work for a pool company that manufactured this stuff, and he said there were a very select few who were even allowed to be in the same room that this stuff was mixed. And an even fewer who knew of what went into it.
