Looking at the pictures, the pools are even lower than when we went there in October but over the summer, the rains really swept a lot of material out of the basin. It ought to be nice and deep during the monsoon next summer.
The ones near Italian Traps, right? Or are they above the falls? If so, I'll have to hitch a ride with someone else. I'm not taking my XJ up there again until I have at least one locker.
I don't know where italian traps is at. I think that has been closed for some years now anyways. The pools I am talking about is: as you enter the wash and go right to the falls. Take a left and follow the wash around that way until the end.

I've never been to those. I'll have to check them out. My cousin got a really nice ZJ instead of the XJ he was looking at but it probably needs new tires before we take it out and beat up on it.
