Gunsight Pass Run Anyone?

West of the pass is the proposed rosemont mine site, anyone wanna explore the area while we still can? The company has already graded and widened a bunch of the trails and fs routes (Barrel canyon etc) but there is still lots of side routes. It's now defniately easy going up the west side to behind the disturbed area in the photo but I don't know beyond that or how the eastside is.

Last fall when a bunch of us wheel'd Gunsight the Rosemont mine was on the East side of the mountains. While near the top (east side) we came upon three orientals with a rented small SUV sightseeing. On our advice they turned around and went down the easy way they came up.

My buddy knows every inch of that place. He wants to go, but I think he said Sunday. I'm in for either day.
