NOAA Hazardous weather outlook says:

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING EXCEPT ACROSS THE CATALINA AND RINCON MOUNTAINS AND
BABOQUIVARI MOUNTAINS WERE DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE.

What the heck, usually we get more rain then the valley heh

it's still early. it is pretty rare to get monsoons before the 4th. the one we got earlier was hopefully a good sign that we will have an active season.

Lake Havasu was 115* yesterday, and is expected to break records today with an expected temperature of 122*. Yikes!

Did Tucson get any of this storm blasting through here last night? . Maybe yesterday?
We had lightning wind and rain up the swazzoola last night . Still drizzling this morning here in Mohave Co.

did the same. got a ton more mud and gunk off the bottom of the jeep.

yesterday, it appeared the 'closed' gates were gone from the bottom of redington road. however, the signs were so 'sloppily' moved i'm not sure it was officially opened or just people moved them to go play in the storms.

i also ran into a guy that claims he was out at chiva the weekend before wheeling. ugh, closed is closed.
