NOTICE IN THE FIRST VIDEO.....THE KAYAKER DOES "FLIP-FLOPS" (ONLY NAME I COULD COME UP WITH.....) IN THE SPILLWAY OF THIS DAM CALLED THE "Z-DAM" ON THE UPPER JAMES RIVER AT
