2011 Slab Clean-up

On Saturday March 26th, 2011 we met up at the Slab ORV Area near Buena Washington around 10 AM for the Slab Clean-up hosted by the Dust Dodgers & Yakima/Kittitas Forest Watch. The area was a lot cleaner than years past. I believe only two loads went to the dump and we took a small load home to put in our dumpster. We would like to thank all the people that came out to help on this rainy day. Thank you Dust Dodgers for the hot dogs and for taking of the dump fee. Here are a few pictures I took of the day:

I believe it was left there. There are a lot of bones out there from all kinds of animals people drop off. Coyote food.

Thanks. This place is one of the last places we have in the low lands to play. I am not sure how much long we will be able to keep it open due to more houses being built closer and the few that don't respect the area.
