This summer we took a trip to Roslyn to take a look at the town the TV show Northern Exposure was filmed at. The last time we were there was in 1995. If you do not remember or know the TV show here is the opening clip:

Is the general store still setup? Last time I was there, they had all the top shelves that were in the camera shots caution taped off so it would always look the same.

We had a really great pizza there a couple of years ago, don't remember the name of the place. Really cool little town.

went there with a car club few years ago and had this amazing pizza.

Nice little town.

I'm going to try to make it out there this summer. It's not too far from me and I have never been.

I ran out of the Brick Tavern nearly naked!

It was for the Northern Exposure show. I was an "extra" for one of the shows.

A few of my family members were in the show as well.

It was cool and sucked at the same time.

I got to meet some of the main actors, but the recording of the show locked up the town so it was difficult to do normal day to day stuff at times.

Do you remember the white Bronco episode? I was approached by one of the
producers, their studios were in Redmond. They wanted to rent the '90 Bronco I had at the time for that episode. Then the OJ Simpson thing happened and they decided to go with a white one.
