Class 3 Dealers

I'm looking for a reliable class 3 dealer in WVA. It don't matter where, it just has to be shipped in state. I have to have a class 3, standard ffl wont work.

I was hopin to find a friend of a friend if you know what I mean.

If you dont mind driving to PA I know of two but I doubt that will work since your out of state I have no idea the laws on that stuff.
