This past weekend I went to Frankie Bones. The best sirloin I've ever had. I loved the atmosphere and def. the food. I'm going back again.

Also tried Zambras (spelling?). It was good but VERY packed and somewhat loud with all th people and live music. But I enjoyed it. Make reservations before you go here.

Also I didn't realize downtown Asheville was so big.

You should see the trafic at the 12 Bones on Sweeten Creek Rd. I live about a mile away and can't believe it. Have not eaten there but have heard a lot of good things about it.

Despite the hype, 12 Bones isn't the best. The best BBQ in WNC is a few miles east in Swannanoa.

Just off I-40, you can find Okie Dokie's BBQ. I've eaten Eastern and Western BBQ all over the country and have never tasted pulled pork even close. If BBQ is your thing, stop here when in the area.
