Been homebrewing for around 15 years or so. All this time it's been 5 gallons at a time, partial mash - favorites are porters and stouts...have a great Amber recipe that's a little twist away from a Fat Tire. LOVE!!! IPA's...

Big fan of New Glarus and Central Waters for Wisconsin micro's...

I'm currently working on getting the pieces and parts together for 10 gallon all grain setup...hopefully will have that operational this winter, 'cuz I'm getting tired of the stovetop methods...

I've been brewing for about 2 years. I still use kits mainly as I have yet to find/create a good recipe from scratch. I love it. I lets me try beers I would never order at restaurants/bars.

I am also a beginner home brewer. Have tried several recipes with varying success. I'm trying to perfect a personal pale ale.

At least there is one brew pub in North Dakota - even if it is the Granite City chain --- (I'm not implying that GC is a bad brew pub - simply a chain)
Haha, yeah. I know of a few people trying to get something going in the state. That's not for me, though I'd like to see something happen here. I really prefer to make what I want to drink. I don't care much if others like it or not, lol!

Granite City may have the only brewery license in the state, but they don't even brew on site. They do condition on site, but that's about it. It's mediocre at best.
