I currently live in Rock Springs. Not too bad of a place to live, but I'm a Texas boy...

i am also living in rock springs. I love being close to salt lake and still living in a smaller town. the city has really grown on me in the last 2 years. we are considering using this as our "home base" in the future.
Western is also a great school. i have been very impressed by the faculty and the students.

I come through that area of Wyoming, just wondering what some of the things are to do there. Any good sights or other things I should see while I am there? Come through for camping during the summer and snowmobiling during the winter, haven't really seen much to do, but haven't really been looking either.

That's where I go. Great school as far as a community college.

If you're looking to work in the oilfield, there's plenty of jobs for that here... PM me and I could tell ya about a place I know of that's hiring if you got a clean MVR.

Anyone know any Jeep/4x4 Clubs in the Rock Springs/Green River area?

And I would take a picture for you, but there's not much to take a picture of? There are an obscene amount of bars, and alotta fast food joints. There's alot of great offroad trails here if you're into that, not so much challenging, but they're pretty aesthetically pleasing.

That's all I've really got?
