Street Sign Stolen, Who do I call?

Someone stole the stop send at the end of my street. I tried contacting the WDot, I just got put on hold. Who should I call to get the sign put back up?

It's a pretty busy crossing, my concern is it's right down the street from the a bus stop.

probably more a local city government issue than a WYDOT issue.. what town are you in??? local PD non-emergency line would be my first call...
