Built in 1878, the Cimarron Hotel is a historic hotel in the small town of Cimarron, Kansas. It was originally called the New West Hotel, composed of three stories.

The Cimarron Hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for being the venue of various historical events. It served as a headquarters to the Republican newspaper, the New West Echo upon completion. It also served as one of the first lodging establishments for pioneers who came to town to get supplies or to the cowboys and ruffians that go to the small town occasionally.

The Cimarron Hotel was owned by various families in its years of operation. It was called the Cimarron Hotel in 1977 when Else Bartlow acquired the property. Today, it serves as an inn and a quilt shop.
