The Stone Pillar Vineyard and Winery Farm was bought and started in the 1864 by Frederick Hoff. It is now owned by the fifth generation sons, showing the family?s continuing commitment to farming and agriculture.
This vineyard spans of 12 acres of hillside. Here grows Old Word French vines and French-American hybrids. When grapes reach the proper age, they are carefully handpicked and vinified onsite. This is why people can expect high quality wines from this small family owned vineyard and winery. The winery?s top featured wines come in different varieties, including Villard Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Prairie Fire, St. Vincent, Chambourcin, Vignoles, Hofftoberfest, Melody, Seyval, Blackberry, and Prairie Star Blush.
