The Baker Heritage Museum offers exhibits and information that are related to the history and heritage of Baker. The Museum?s property houses 9 buildings and in here, the Museum is able to work closely with the schools, teachers, and families in the community in order to improve the educational experience of the people within the city.
The Museum boasts of a Victorian cottage, which is furnished with pieces dating back to 1880 to 1920. There is also a one-room school as well as a rural store. The other components are the train depot, rail road car, small chapel, barn and its farm collections. The Museum also offers collections and rural living activities that can be used to relate the interpretation of the American Experience to the region?s culture.
