The Fairview-Riverside State Park is a state park and recreation area in Madisonville, Louisiana. It boasts of 98 acres of space.

The Fairview-Riverside State Park is home to the National Register of Historic Places site Otis House. It currently serves as a historic house museum, noted for being the former home of sawmill owner William Theodore Jay. It was built in the 1880s and was renovated in the 1930s by Frank Otis, who the site was named after. Otis also donated the property to the state after his death in 1962.

Visitors of the Fairview-Riverside State Park can enjoy historic house tours, bicycling, birding, swamp walks, picnicking, and wildlife viewing. Fishing and other water related recreational activities are also available.
