The Ashuwillticook Rail Trail is a state park and recreation area in Lanesborough, Massachusetts. It is a linear park, a trail, as its name suggests.

The Ashuwillticook Rail Trail is a former railroad corridor that runs through a very scenic path. It was built during the industrial bloom of the 1800s. It ended the isolation of the Berkshire Hills communities and connected it to the Atlantic Seaboard. It was further developed in 1845 by the Pittsfield and North Adams Railroad. It was transformed into a recreational area in the past decades, after being abandoned in 1990.

The Ashuwillticook Rail Trail passes through many scenic areas like the Hoosic River Valley and the Hoosac Mountain Ranges. It also passes by the Cheshire Reservoir, Hoosic River, and various wetlands.
