The deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum is definitely one of a kind, offering equally ample exhibits found outdoors and indoors. First opening its doors in 1950, the 35-acre museum mainly focuses on introducing to the public to the best of today?s modern sculptures and works of art. At the Sculpture Park, the museum presently has over sixty different sculptures on display, many of which have been generously loaned to the museum.

Indoors, visitors will be treated with a wide range of changing exhibits that feature the best and emerging local artists in New England as well as some of the most famous contemporary artists in the country and abroad.

One other unique feature of the museum is its non-degree program on studio art, one of the largest in the world, and which welcome around 2,000 students every year.
