A lot of people would definitely want to see the majestic Stonehenge in England. But getting there is actually not going to be that easy. So if you happen to be in Alliance, Nebraska, here?s a good alternative: try visiting Carhenge.
Carhenge is, as you might have guessed, a replica of the famed stone monument. In fact, it actually follows the monument?s current structure closely. But what makes Carhenge unique is the fact that it is made up entirely of vintage American cars, all painted in gray. Each of the 38 cars was painstakingly arranged into their current positions, including those that sit on top of the pedestals.
Aside from the monument itself, there are also several other car sculptures in the area.
