The Lied Scottsbluff Public Library provides the area?s citizens quality professional assistance, library materials and services that informs, educates, enriches, and entertains. The Library also recognizes its role as the door of learning and a source of current and high demand materials for the young citizens. It has become a center for reference resources that supports lifelong learning and a technology center that offers access to information for all people.

The to-be revised and remodeled library features a children?s library, a Teen room, Heritage Room, a reading area, meeting spaces, and several study rooms. It also has an outdoor classroom and learning garden. It has also become a depository for federal and state documents.

The library is open from Monday to Saturday from 9a.m. to 6p.m.
