The Remick Country Doctor Museum & Farm focuses on the agricultural way of life in New Hampshire starting from 1790 up to the present. The Museum preserves this heritage through its displays and collection that provides visitors more information regarding this particular aspect of the area. Visitors to the Museum will be able to view its very own working farm that is filled with sheep, goats, cows, oxen, steers, turkeys, and chickens. People will also get to observe the lambs and pigs during spring and summer.
The Museum also features an 1830?s garden that boasts of historic crops and vegetable as they walk along. For people who long for a more active experience, they can take a hike along the Binsack Trail and see the amazing views of the Remick Farm as well as Mount Chocorua and the Ossipee Mountain Range. The Remick Farm features a cattle barn, a maple sugar house, a milk house, stable, and a historic English barn. Most of them are available for viewing in the spring, summer, and on special events. Exclusive access to the historic farm tools and equipment are also offered.
