The Clovis-Carver Public Library is open and free for anyone in the public to use. This goes the same of course for the ones living in the community of Clovis and its neighboring areas as well. They have a wide range of services that can be accessed and enjoyed by those who would be a member of the library and get their borrower?s card. They are open every day except for Sundays. They have a wide array of collection in the forms of books, magazines, newspapers, resources that focus on the history of the state, books, tapes, videos, music formats, directories, genealogy, and even a Spanish collection of resources.

They also allot time for children?s services like the Story hour and their annual summer reading program held every June and July of each year. They can also offer group tours in the facility along with storytelling sessions that any academic group or institution would place on request. Just like the motto of the city, the library is also always up on its feet for growth and learning.
