The Harvey House Museum is a history museum in Belen, New Mexico. It is focused on the tale of Fred Harvey and his food empire, best known as the Harvey Houses.

An entrepreneur, Fred Harvey made his mark in the United States as a hard working businessman. He has always been a restaurateur, venturing in the food industry upon arrival in New York from his native England in the mid 1800s. He changed careers during the Civil War and got involved in railroading. This is how he got to the west and started building the Harvey Houses, which were mostly railroad eating houses.

The Harvey House Museum features the history and heritage of the Harvey Houses, Harvey Girls, and the Harvey family in general.
