The Ledonia Wright African-American Cultural Center is an educational and cultural center located in Greenville, North Carolina inside the campus of the East Carolina University. Housed in the historic Bloxton House, the Center provides a great resource for research and educational programming, as well as a repository of African and Afro-American art.

The site is named after Ledonia Wright, an acclaimed associate professor for Community Health at the East Carolina University who also advised the first African American student organization in the school. Her efforts of trying to make a difference for the black students at ECU truly made a mark on the school, so alongside the center, a scholarship was also named in her honor.

Today, the Ledonia Wright African-American Cultural Center continues to promote the original goal of the center and its honoree, Ledonia Wright.
