The Tryon Fine Arts Center is a center packed with venues that can host various events and celebrations. It is, however, most particularly known for its 315-seater auditorium, known as the Tryon Little Theatre, commonly used for live performances and entertainment.
Tracing its history back to 1969, the Tryon Fine Arts Center has its own loyal following of patrons and guests. It has been a community theatre since its inception, and a lot of plays and musicals have been staged here.
The Tryon arts Center is also home to an Exhibition Gallery, an outdoor garden, a Mural Room, and some work rooms. It is also the headquarters of various clubs like the Tryon Painters & Sculptors and the Carolina Camera Club.
