The Ralph Engelstad Arena in Grand Forks North Dakota is considered by many as ?the finest facility of its kind in the world.? The arena boasts of 400,000 square foot of space that exudes elegance and first class taste. All of its concourse floors are made of granite while its seats are all made of leather and cherry wood. The Arena features 48 full luxury suites, 2 mini suites, and 2 massive club rooms that contain the longest freestanding bars in the state.

The Arena also houses a training facility that boasts of a 10,000-square foot weight room as well as an underwater treadmill, 14 locker rooms, an extra Olympic Sheet of Ice, and an addition of the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center for sports athletic programs, including basketball and volleyball.

The main highlight of the area is the Fighting Sioux Hockey, the reason why it was built in the first place. During the inaugural season, crowd attendance reached its all-time high in the Ralph Engelstad Arena.
