Built in 1932 under the supervision of Miller Sorenson, the Deadwood Creek Covered Bridge is known today as one of the finest refurbished roofed bridges in the state of Oregon. It has gone through a lot over the past few years, and thanks to the rehabilitation that it was put through in the mid 1980s, it managed to get through its dilapidated phase.

The Deadwood Creek Covered Bridge was constructed in a way that it could prevent road accidents. Its flooring was installed on a slant, making it quite unique and helping motorists that are rounding the corner get through the portion of the road without a fuss.

Today, the Deadwood Creek Covered Bridge is still open to the public, although a concrete bridge has already bypassed it.
