The Tub Springs State Wayside is a state park and quite a historic site in Ashland, Oregon. It has always served as a stopping point since the 1800s, which gives the park more character and charm.
Named after the tubs that were installed in the 1930s for the travelers that use the park, the Tub Springs State Wayside is located along the Applegate Trail. It is one of the stopping points that travelers will pass by before delving into the mountain pass that enters Ashland. The park?s primary charm is its beautiful scenery that some even describe that it is as if it?s still 150 years ago at the site.
Aside from the scenery, visitors can also learn more about the wayside through the interpretive panel located inside the park.
