The Culinary Arts Museum was established by the Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. The museum is dedicated to the preservation of all known tools, equipment, and artefacts of significance in the culinary and hospitality industries. Exhibits are routinely changed and planned to be beneficial for culinary students and scholars and all other individuals working or are involved with the hospitality and food industries.
