Built in 1685 as a replacement for an older residential home built in 1643 for the John Daggett, Jr, the Daggett House is the oldest building in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and one of the oldest surviving ones in the state. It is located inside the Slater Memorial Park in the Daggett Farm section.

Today, the historic Daggett House is mostly a museum, initially opened in 1905. It showcases a good number of antiques and memorabilia. It is also available for private parties and gatherings by reservation.

Visitors of Daggett House and Farm could enjoy the well manicured gardens, pony rides, and horseback riding sessions. There?s also a gift shop on site, as well as a greenhouse where folks can pick up a souvenir or two from the trip.
