The Burt-Stark Mansion is a historic building in Abbeville, South Carolina. It was built in the 1830s by its initial owners. Amistead Burt bought it in 1862, which also marked its participation in US history.

The Burt-Stark Mansion is best known for being the venue of the last Council of War meeting of the Confederate Government. This said gathering took place in 1865, and is the very event when President Davis tried to convince his men that there is still hope to win the Civil War, but was met with an overwhelming opposition. Due to this, the Confederates decided to end the war, admitting that they have already lost.

The Burt-Stark Mansion is now operated by the Abbeville County Historic Preservation Commission who offers tours around the place regularly.
