The Dillon County Courthouse was built in 1911 to serve the county of Dillon. It is located in the city of Dillon, South Carolina.
The Dillon County Courthouse is another product of William Augustus Edwards, a well known architect in the state. He designed eight other courthouses in South Carolina, as well as other academic buildings and educational institutions in Georgia and Florida.
The Dillon County Courthouse is the first and only courthouse the county of Dillon ever had. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981 mostly for this fact, as well as for its architectural significance being one of the products of Edwards work and talent. It is still currently used as a court house today.
