Located in Easley, South Carolina, the Easley High School Auditorium is a historic educational building that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1999. It is noted for having close ties with the long tradition of the civic and education life in the city during the early 20th century.
Built in 1909, the Easley High School Auditorium was also the first and only high school in the city from its completion and until 1940. This allowed it to become a central figure in the early experience of the young locals during the time.
When new school buildings were completed, the Easley High School Auditorium was abandoned and used as a factory or a furniture store. It also fell in disrepair for a long time, but thanks to its historic significance, it was restored.
