The Islander?s Beach Club is primarily designed for locals and permanent residents of the Hilton Head Island. Its primary step to exclusivity is the fact that parking is only available to those who will purchase annual permits, commonly limited to property owners on the island. Parking on nearby streets is also impossible, as parking on the residential areas is prohibited and cars will be towed away.
Of course, this rule can be dealt with by just taking public transportation or by arranging a car to drop you off and pick you up on the site later, which is what visitors do when they want to experience the site.
Like other Hilton Head Island beaches, the Islander?s Beach Club is wheelchair accessible. Mats are available for this, so worrying about it is unnecessary.
