The Modjeska Monteith Simkins House is a historic museum in Columbia, South Carolina mostly for its participation in the growth of the local Civil Rights Movement led by Modjeska Simkins. The house is practically modest, with only one and a half story and wooden frame. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.

Modjeska Simkins is a civil rights worker. Her family purchased the house in 1932 and it became her house from then until her death in 1992. She participated in various cases that involve issues such as segregation. One of the most well known is the case that helped stop the segregation in public schools. The Modjeska Monteith Simkins House also welcomed Thurgood Marshall when no local inn or hotel accepted him.
