Built in 1958 as the Rambi Raceway, the Myrtle Beach Speedway is one of the top attractions in the resort city of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. a semi-blanked asphalt oval track that spas almost a kilometre long, this site was once the venue for the NASCAR Busch Series which took place from 1988 to 2000. It also served as the venue of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series.
Home to the USAR organization, the Myrtle Beach Speedway also used to be the venue of the Hooters Pro Cup Series hosted by the group. However, it is still seen to be a perfect venue for testing for NASCAR teams since the site no longer hosts any of the series that used to take place here once.
