The Paris Mountain State Park is a state operated park in Greenville, South Carolina. It was first established in 1935 and continues to be a great site for camping, hiking, picnicking, swimming, and biking today. It is also the home of the historic Camp Buckhorn lodge, a bathhouse renovated in the recent years to continuously provide comfort to visitors.
Built in the midst of the Depression by the Civilian Conservation Corps, the Paris Mountain State Park is a great place to stop by if you want to experience nature without losing touch too much. It is equipped with certain amenities other state parks can?t offer, although, you can also go all primitive if you like.
