The Pettigru Street Historic District is a historic area in downtown Greenville, South Carolina. It traces its history back to the late 1800s, when the land was still owned by the families of James Boyce and the Rowleys.

Historically significant mostly for their wide range of architecture, the Pettigru Street Historic District is basically a tree-lined street in the city of Greenville filled with homes dating back to the 1890s to the 1930s. Most of the properties were built in the early years of the 20th century, though, after the Boyce and Rowley lots were divided and developed.

The Pettigru Streed Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 and is the largest district in the city.
