The state of Utah has been home to several Native Americans and other ethnic groups. As a celebration of this diverse and unique heritage, the state government established in 1987 the Chase Home Museum of Utah Folk Arts. This museum is located at the center of Liberty Park in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The museum aims to collect, preserve and promote the folk arts of Utah. The museum is the official home of artifacts and artworks of traditional artists from Utah?s indigenous communities. The collections include but are not limited to handicrafts, music dance, visual arts, and other traditional arts. The museum?s galleries are divided into four: Native American, Ethnic, Occupational, and Rural. Aside from public exhibits, the Chase Home Museum also holds concerts and public lectures.
