The Normal Rockwell Museum houses a nationally recognized collection of art by Normal Rockwell. The Museum was established in 1976.

Normal Rockwell became known for his art works on the covers of the most popular magazines in America. He also did some paintings for the covers of Judge, the Literary Digest, and the Country Gentleman.

The museum commemorates Rockwell?s years in Vermont as well as the existence of ad coverage in his career. The Museum also displays over 2,500 magazine covers, calendars, advertisements, and other works that have been published to show the development of Rockwell as a renowned illustrator. These works, which are displayed chronologically, also serve as links to the contributions of Rockwell to the political, economic, and cultural development and history of the country.
