The Chrysler Museum of Art contains over 30,000 collection of art, and is considered one of the most excellent art museums of all times. It is located in Norfolk, a beautiful city in the state of Virginia and is the house of the most significant works of well-known artists like Veronese, Tintoretto, Salvator Rosa, Franz Kline, Thomas Cole, John Singleton Copley, Edward Hopper, Paul Gauguin, and many more.
In this one of a kind art museum, you will find works such as the final sculpture done by Gianlorenzo Bernini, and the greatest glass collection including those of Louis Comfort Tiffany. It is also where you will find a collection of the ancient world?s arts, which makes the museum truly ?one any museum would kill for? as described by The New York Times.
The Chrysler Museum of Art still sits on The Hague, a small body of water located in downtown Norfolk, the place where it was first established in the year 1933.
