I go to Just Brew It also. The owner, Doug, is incredibly nice and has helped me a ton. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and he always tries his best to keep the prices down.
Brewmasters is who I use when I've got time to order in advance. If I need something *that day* I'll go to HopCity. The folks there are really nice, but they haven't yet figured out how to handle their customer volume. It gets really hectic and takes a few minutes to get things handled if you're there for a recipe.
Still though, great people and well worth your business.
+1 on Brewmasters' Warehouse. Great people, and they just moved into a new store. The old location was a hole. Now they have a real storefront that is as great as their website.
Anyone in the Cartersville Area, try to Old Goat Winery. I suspect they won't be in business long. They are hard to find, and don't respond to calls or emails.
I have not had very good success getting malts from Hop City. When I asked about getting some Golden Promise they acted like that was a brand and tried to talk me into something else. I do however like their beer and wine selections

Very true. I'm still a noob at this brewing thing so Doug's knowledge and help far outweigh the small price difference.
