I'd heard about the big fire but the news said over 30 are still burning. Not a good thing with winds.

No fire down here in the Houston area, but it's been un-naturally windy for the past couple of weeks and the past couple of days in particular.

Still waiting for Al Gore to blame it on global warming.

I was happy to get 1 1/2 inches of rain the other day. Until then, I can't remember the last good rain we had.
