Everyone always speaks bad about Hurricanes in Florida. You get a better than thee day notice to evacuate, the insurance pays for your hotel, and if your house gets damaged your wife gets to go to the design shops and redecorate everything & get new furniture! Now in a little more than 20 years we have not had to do this in Palm Coast Florida, yet. The wife just asked what are the chances since she says the house is getting somewhat out of date........

Best things are in the summer the skeeters are the size of robins and in the winter the gators are dragging dogs and small children into the canals at least one a week. And skeeters and gators are easy to deal with since they don't speak Spanish like most people do here. Hurricanes are cool too! That is if you are into adventure. For the most part, how about do us all a favor travel your own state. Basically STAY HOME or visit Arkansas for a real vacation.
